Num Akao Tnaot
Steamed muffins, made from a blend of rice sourdough, palm fruit pulp, coconut cream, palm sugar, and a topping of fresh shredded coconut, Num Akao Tnaot are all the rage in Pradak, some 20km from Siem Reap, where they have now dethroned Cambodian Rice Noodles, known locally as Num Banchok, as the sit-down or take-away meal to enjoy or purchase in this village, along with Stuffed Frogs.
