Handmade bum-pressed Rice Noodles are a tasty treat indulged in during our Combo Tour, which focuses on culture and cuisine... and is far and away our most popular tour, where seeing and eating go hand in hand.
Sadly, since the Covid pandemic, these noodles, Num Banchok, are no longer a given, on tour. We seldom see them being made--let alone get to try them fresh off the fire, anymore, thanks to all the social media hype over Num Akao Tnaot.
