Stuffed, grilled frogs... Cambodians love 'em! Popular throughout the year, and sold roadside, they come commonly stuffed with lemon grass, garlic, turmeric, roasted peanuts, a dab of pig fat, and some frog meat. They are most often eaten with a tangy green tamarind paste and a touch of sweet chilli sauce.
