Rats
Dirty, disgusting, and disease-carriers to some; delightfully delicious, and nutritious to others. Rats are sold openly in rural and urban markets, are normally skinned, then grilled; and are just one of many seasonal delicacies that make up Cambodia's highly carnivorous diet.
