Tamarind (Tamarindus indica)... the mouth often waters at the sound! The fruit is common at markets throughout Cambodia, and can be found in many forms: sweet, sour, pickled, green, ripe, sugared and spiced, and as a paste. The flowers and young leaves are eaten, too.
