Although not as common or varied as one would find closer to the sea—where sea turtles, shark’s fins and stingrays are not an uncommon sight—the roads are much better now, so Siem Reap wet markets do carry a reasonable variety of salt-water fare from the coast these days, particularly shrimp, squid, lobster, crab, and octopus.
