Mango Leather
March, April, May... Mango Leather months-- and what a treat that is! Excess mangoes are peeled, cut up, cooked; the sauce is then spread out to dry in the sun.
The bees love it as much as we do—but who cares! There’s normally plenty enough to go around... and best of all, the mango leather we try--and buy--on tour, is homemade, sugar-free, and really good!
