Coconuts
A common sight throughout much of Cambodia, coconut palms--not to be confused with sugar palms... which, in turn, should not be confused with oil palms, that are not common here--provide more than just a nutritious refreshing drink to tourists at the temples; they are also the source of the milk/cream and heart of palm that are an integral part of everyday Cambodian cuisine.
