Birds
In Cambodia, most everything that moves is edible--even Indian rollers and beautiful bee-eaters. Other birds... owls, larks, finches, sparrows, doves, pigeons, parrots, mynas, starlings, kingfishers, cuckoos, crow pheasants, and pratincoles also find themselves on the menu.
