Birds
In Cambodia, most everything that moves is edible--even beautiful bee-eaters and Indian rollers. Other birds, such as larks, finches, sparrows, pigeons, doves, parrots, mynas, starlings, kingfishers, cuckoos, and crow pheasants also find themselves on the menu.
