Ants
As much a nuisance as they are a meal, weaver ants (Oecophylla smaragdina) are a curse to rafter beekeepers and others, and a blessing to those who endure countless painful bites to collect the eggs, larvae, pupae, and adults which are sold in abundance at markets, particularly during the dry season.
